What safeguards does Cardly put in place to make shopping on their website safe?
Cardly operates a secure web-shop for you to shop safely and securely. We NEVER store, enter, or even view your credit card details; When you make a purchase, you will be re-directed to a secure page where your details will be entered and immediately encrypted upon submission.
this is due to the use of 265 bit SSL (Secure Server Location) encryption. Security is extremely important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy.
Can I change or cancel my order if I’ve made a mistake?
Remember If you are unsatisfied with your personalised card you can claim a full refund.
As soon as you notice the mistake in your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Alternatively you can call us XXXXXXXXX. Please note that if your order has already been processed and sent to our printing department we may not be able to change or cancel your order. If you would like to simply return an greetings card order which hasn’t been personalised, you have 14 days to return the full order in its original condition if you would like to claim your money back.
I have a coupon code how do I use it?
You may have come across a promotional code on Facebook or a voucher code website etc. which offers you discounts and freebies. If this is the case, then a promotional code box will appear on the checkout page. This will be the same for all promotional codes, wherever it is obtained from.
When will my order be delivered?
We will deliver your order on that same working day if it is made before 2pm. If your order was placed after 2:00pm we will deliver it the next working day.
If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made the following Monday.
If your order is placed on a bank holiday, delivery will be made on the next working day.
Will a blank envelope come with my card(s)?
Yes, if you have chosen to have your cards sent back to yourself, then the cards will be packaged with their original blank envelopes inside a standard delivery envelope. If you have chosen to send your card direct to the recipient, then your card will be sent inside the original envelope with the recipient’s name and address on it. Just the same as you would send it yourself.
I’ve forgotten my username and/or password?
Don’t worry. Our secure server can send you a new password direct to your email address. To request this, you must go to the My Account page and select Forgotten Password? Due to security reasons, we don’t hold your password; however you will receive a brand new one within 15 minutes.
You are advised to change your password as soon as you log back in to Cardly.
Your username is usually your regular email address. If you have forgotten this, please contact us direct.
How are my messages printed?
Your personal message(s) and image(s) is/are printed directly onto a unique fine art paper insert, which is professionally handfinished and matches perfectly to the inside of your chosen card. This is what makes all personalised cards at Cardly unique and your guaranteed satisfaction or money back claim.
Do you offer free postage to BFPO addresses?
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to post cards direct to BFPO addresses free of charge. However, if you purchase a card to be sent back to yourself, you can take it to your nearest post office and you will qualify for free postage when sending to certain countries.
Why isn’t my order here yet?
The majority of packages delivered by Royal Mail are delivered the next working day. However this isn’t guaranteed and it can take up to three working days. If you have still not received your order after this, please contact our customer service team who will be very happy to help.
Can I send a personalised card abroad?
You can send your card to any destination around the world. Please allow sufficient time for the card to arrive

Working with the environment is a high priority for Cardly. We source materials which are bio-degradable and from sustainable sources, which supports the growth of responsible forest management worldwide. Most of our cards are made in the UK and all of the cards you personalise are professionally finished right here in our state of the art facilities.
